MeanRed continues the stacked holiday weekend lineup of hometown legends and international superstars. On May 29 Taraka sees the Russell Industrial Center stage will be graced by GORDO, the newly minted house music alias of DJ Carnage.
Introduced in 2021 with KTM, GORDO represents a new phase of evolution and introspection for the famed Guatemalan-American artist. The event also includes house music pioneers Gene Farris and Kenny Glasgow. For the better part of the three decades, Chicago's Gene Farris has been pushing the boundaries of house and techno. For Glasgow, once part of the superstar duo Art Department, his emotive sounds and gravelly vocals have very much become immediately recognizable across decades of hits. The energetic musical presence of Kyle Kinch, NIGELTHREETIMES, and Detroit’s own multi-threat model, artist, actors, and DJ Sillygirlcarmen complete this celebratory lineup of legends.

On May 28, MeanRed x Country Club Disco kicks off the holiday weekend with a late-night party at The Russell Industrial Center. Gracing the two industrial stages is a full lineup of house, techno, and bass-heavy visionaries set to guide Memorial Day Weekend into the wee hours and beyond.
On this night, the fast-rising Acraze treks through his finely honed sophisticated house as he further crushed the global dance music scene. London mainstay Deeper Purpose joins the night, whose work on Repopulate Mars and elrow has shattered dance floors worldwide. Going deep into the night is Detroit’s own Golf Clap, who will go b2b with Supply & Demand. New York’s Jubilee, Chicago’s Azzecca, special b2bs from Teknono b2b RN ISMO and Owie & Permajawn, Tres Mortinmer, and Frivolous Jackson complete this sure to be remembered holiday celebration.
